Panama Hartmann Estate

The black winey process starts with very ripe cherries, picked later than usual and left to dry on raised beds with the fruity pulp still intact. The result is an incredibly complex, juicy,  fruit-driven coffee, with delicate floral character and a sweet lingering finish.
