Similar to a natural process, the black winey process is where very ripe cherries are picked and left to dry on raised beds with the fruity pulp still intact. The result is a incredibly complex, juicy, and fruit-driven coffee, with delicate floral character and a sweet, lingering finish. This coffee is an absolute stunner and a Villino favourite.
