Chosen by our team in person at Buenavista farm (meaning “beautiful view”), in Colombia, this incredible coffee is named after the farm’s owner and coffee producer, Diofanor Ruiz.
We had the privilege of touring his beautiful property, which has amazing views of Quindio, a natural water supply and an immaculately kept homestead.
Diofanor is very progressive in his coffee processing methods, always experimenting with new fermentation techniques. This coffee is a great example of his Natural Processing highlighting the complexity that Diofanor is able to achieve.
His attention to detail shines through in his coffee, and this Single Origin is no exception. With complex notes of raspberry syrup, cola & ripe guava, this very special coffee is one that is not to be missed.
