This 100% Caturron microlot has been grown by Luis Anibal and his son at the Villa Betulia farm. The coffee is harvested following a strict ripeness criteria and exposed to an aerobic fermentation for 20 hours prior to being pulped.
First found in Acevedo, Huila in 2016, Caturron is a rare mutation with a unique and exotic flavour profile.
