Ethiopia, Guji Masina Peaberry

This peaberry lot is affectionately known as “Garden Coffee” as it is grown by various farmers in small backyard lots. The cherries are combined at washing stations and dried on African beds for 10-15 days.  This coffee is graded by size with the peaberry being the smallest and highly sought-after for showcasing the characteristics of the region.
