Ethiopia, Guji Peaberry

Grown in the Guji region by various smallholder farmers and known as “Garden Coffee”, the cherries are combined at washing stations & dried on beds under direct sun for 20-25 days.
This coffee is then graded by size with the peaberry being the smallest and highly sought-after.characteristics of the region. Tea-like and rich, with delicate notes of bergamot, vanilla and apricot.
