Farmer Orlando Perez grows his coffee on the slopes of Coptantillo San Andres in Lempira, Honduras, which is a lesser known growing region but is fast becoming known for exceptional specialty coffee. A lot of work has recently gone into improving growing, sorting and picking practices.
