Farmer members deliver their cherry to the factory the day it’s harvested, and it is sorted at the mill before being depulped. The factory uses fresh river water in its processing, and the coffee is dried under direct sun after fermenting and washing is complete. As a result, this washed coffee displays a sweet, rich flavour.
