Rwanda Kivu Belt
This coffee was processed at Furaha Umwizeye’s private washing station. Here it was dry fermented in empty tanks for 12 hours to add complexity, it was then washed 3 times before being dried on raised beds. This results in a distinctive, yet clean flavour in this classic Rwandan coffee.
