We currently operate three venues across Hobart: our original Villino Coffee cafe on Criterion Street, our takeaway window Ecru (also on Criterion Street), and our roastery cellar-door Wondr on Sunderland Street in Moonah. Specialty coffee and excellent hospitality is what we do, so we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for quality and exceptional service.
As well as our three venues, we are a coffee roaster and wholesaler, and also run a Barista Training program out of our Roastery HQ. Our team currently consists of just over 20 coffee and hospitality professionals, striving to embody our core values of excellence, community, and sustainability. We pride ourselves on being a diverse, inclusive, and safe workplace, and offer ongoing training for our team in the latest in all things coffee.
